Keto Wrapper


  • 4 TBSP Almond Flour Finely sifted by Blue Diamond
  • 1 and 1/2 cup to 2 cups of water
  • 1 TBSP Psyllium Husks
  • 1 Organic egg
  • 1/4 cup Mozarella shredded cheese
  • Olive oil cooking spray


  • Put everything in the blender except cooking spray. Only add 1 and 1/2 cup water first and if it's too thick add more water. Blend well in the blender.
  • Heat skillet on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Add about 1 TBSP of the mixture. It will be a little thick so you'll have to spread it yourself to cover the bottom of the pan. You have to be fast.
  • For about 2 minutes or less, the sides will start to brown, slowly scrape it off and try to flip it. It takes practice 🙂 I will be posting the video too.
  • Take it out from heat and put it on the plate.
