I made this keto sausage cream gravy this morning and oh my it’s so delicious!
- 1/2 lb fresh ground sausage
- 1 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (adjust to your liking)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (adjust to your liking)
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive oil
- Add a little olive oil in the pan.
- Add the sausage and cook it in medium heat until brown.
- Add cream cream and mix well.
- Add heavy cream and mix well.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper.
- Keep stirring until thickens. You may add Xanthan gum about 1/8 teaspoon if you want it thicker. It's optional. It will taste just as good without it.
