Keto Sausage Breakfast Muffin

This is really good and it’s easy to make.

I cut my bacon and cook it in the skillet for a few minutes.

Shape the meat sausage into a ball and flatten it into your palm and slowly put it inside the muffin mold and cover the entire bottom and sides to make a little cup.

Put some shredded cheese in the meat cup.
Add your bacon and some bell peppers or vegetables of your choice.
Crack one egg into the meat cup.
Add more bacon, cheese, and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 6 Organic Free Range Large Brown Eggs
  • 1/2 pound Publix Mild Ground Italian Sausage
  • 2 TBSP Red Bell Peppers chopped (optional)
  • 4 slices Black Label Bacon Thick Cut
  • 2 oz Dubliner, Natural Cheese By Kerrygold
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Cut the bacon into pieces and cook it until done in the skillet.
  • Cut up the bell peppers or whatever vegetables you are using.
  • Grease up a deep muffin pan.
  • Shape the meat sausage into ball and flatten it into your palm and slowly put it inside the muffin mold and cover the entire bottom and sides to make a little cup.
  • Put some shredded cheese in the meat cup.
  • Add your bacon and some bell peppers or vegetables of your choice.
  • Crack one egg into the meat cup.
  • Add more bacon, cheese and vegetables.
  • Cook for 20 minutes in 400F.
