Keto Lumpia Rolls

I am so happy about this recipe because not only it is delicious, it’s only 1g net carbs per 2 pieces! That’s more like it!
This is a great snack, appetizer or a meal!
You can put any of your favorite Keto ingredients as long as it fits in the wrapper.

Keto Lumpia Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground meat of your choice.
  • 1 TBSP Spring Onions
  • 1/8 of Vidalia Sweet Onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/4 tsp fish sauce (optional)
  • 10 Keto Wrapper (recipe posted on my website)
  • 1/4 cup of Mozarella Shredded cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix meat, spring onions, sweet onions, bean sprouts, salt and pepper or any other vegetables you would like to add into a bowl.Mix it well.
  • Cook it in the skillet with olive oil in medium heat until cook. Season with Fish sauce (optional)
  • Add Mozarella cheese. Mix it well.
  • Take it off from heat.
  • Take your wrapper and add cooked meat in the wrapper and form into a log then slowly roll it. Repeat up to 10 times.
  • Put about 2 TBSP of olive oil in the skillet in medium heat.
  • Cook it for about over a minute per side until golden brown.
  • Take it out from heat.
  • Enjoy!
