Keto Cauliflower Cream Soup


  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 head cauliflower, cored and separated into florets
  • 32 oz chicken broth or stock
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups of water
  • some parsley (optional)


  • Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Stir onion and celery in the hot pan where you cooked the bacon. Add garlic and salt, and stir for 1 minute. Stir in cauliflower, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until cauliflower is tender about 30 minutes.
  • Puree the soup using a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the puree back to the pan and heat to low, season with salt. Pour in heavy whipping cream and stir until warmed.
  • Transfer to a bowl and cool to room temperature. Stir in bacon and parsley. Enjoy!
