Keto 90 Second Burger

This is really good if you missed burgers with bun and if you don’t feel like baking keto burger buns.

Keto Burger


  • 3 TBSP Almond Flour
  • 1 TBSP Melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 cooked burger patty
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • Slice of cheese


  • Mix almond flour, melted butter, egg and baking soda and put it in microwaveable mug.
  • Put in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  • I toasted mine in the skillet that's why it looks brown.
  • Cut it in half and build your burger.
