Egg Drop Pork Rinds Soup


  • 1/2-oz pork rinds (about 1/2 cup)
  • 32-oz Chicken Broth
  • 2 eggs
  • Green Onions (optional)


  • Boil the chicken broth in the pot over medium-high heat.
  • Crack the eggs and mix well in the bowl.
  • Pour it slowly in the boiling chicken broth and make sure to stir while adding the eggs.
  • Add the pork rinds. Cook for another minute. Transfer to a bowl and add some green onions which is optional. Enjoy!


If you're using unsalted broth, you may want to add some salt to taste. I am using Carb Manager app to calculate the nutrition facts.
