Coffee – Chia (All-in-1 Breakfast)

I don’t know if anyone tried this yet but this is very satisfying breakfast!

It’s very simple and delicious!

Make your favorite bulletproof coffee and add the boiled chia seeds. That easy!

Coffee - Chia (All-in-1 Breakfast)

Ingredients

  • My version of bulletproof coffee: (You can do your own version)
  • 1 cup black coffee
  • 1 tsp Kerrygold butter
  • 1/2 scoop of Collagen Peptide
  • 1 TBSP of MCT oil
  • 1 TBSP Lakanto Sweetener (or any keto sweetener of your choice)
  • CHIA INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1 & 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 TBSP Keto sweetener

Instructions

  • BULLETPROOF COFFEE instructions:
  • Mix them all in a cup and mix well.
  • CHIA SEEDS instructions:
  • In a small pot, boil water, chia seeds and sweetener for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, pour it in your coffee. Enjoy!
