90 Seconds Keto Flaxseed Chocolate Muffin


  • 3 TBSP Whole Flaxseeds
  • 1 TBSP Monkfruit Sweetener by Lakanto
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP melted Kerrygold butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 40 pieces Lily's chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP cream cheese


  • Grind up the whole flaxseeds.
  • Add butter, Cream Cheese, cinnamon, egg, sweetener, baking powder and water. Blend well.
  • Pour it in the microwaveable mug. Top it with Lily's chocolate chips.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds. Enjoy!
