Ingredients
- 3 TBSP Whole Flaxseeds
- 1 TBSP Monkfruit Sweetener by Lakanto
- 1 egg
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 TBSP melted Kerrygold butter
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP water
- 40 pieces Lily's chocolate chips
- 1 TBSP cream cheese
Instructions
- Grind up the whole flaxseeds.
- Add butter, Cream Cheese, cinnamon, egg, sweetener, baking powder and water. Blend well.
- Pour it in the microwaveable mug. Top it with Lily's chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 90 seconds. Enjoy!
