Ingredients
- 2 TBSP chopped Pecans
- 4 TBSP Golden whole flaxseeds
- 1 TBSP keto sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 TBSP melted butter (I used KerryGold)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Grind the Golden whole flaxseeds.
- Add the egg, keto sweetener, cinnamon, melted butter and baking powder. Mix well.
- Pour into a microwaveable mug. Add pecan on top.
- Microwave for 90 seconds. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
