90 Seconds Flaxseed Muffin


  • 2 TBSP chopped Pecans
  • 4 TBSP Golden whole flaxseeds
  • 1 TBSP keto sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP melted butter (I used KerryGold)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • Grind the Golden whole flaxseeds.
  • Add the egg, keto sweetener, cinnamon, melted butter and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Pour into a microwaveable mug. Add pecan on top.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
